Dog Food and Supplies in Richmond, VA

Took my large dog to the dog wash station. The employee was very friendly and showed me how to use the station. Shampoo, towels, and a blow drier were provided. They rinsed the shower between pets.

Wanted to share my amazing experience in your store tonight. My 6yo son and I came in to get some birthday treats for our now 11yo basset hound. My son LOVES to learn about animals and is a very inquisitive guy. As we were walking around, my son was asking me what each bone/chew/treat was made of on the table with approximately 1 million differnt bones/chews/treats (he especially loved the chicken feet and assorted hearts 😄). The girls working there, not only went out of their way to come over and answer every single question; but also brought more bones to look at and tell him about. Thank you so much for such a great experience and for being so kind, helpful, and patient. P.s. Hubert our basset hound loved also loved his bday cookies, new toy, and the chicken feet.

Exceptional staff who are knowledgeable and friendly make this such a positive experience. I found a very healthy option to switch my dog's food and reduced cost by 50% and am getting my food delivered. Be prepared for 15-20 minutes of education and reviewing options if you are like me and dont know much about dog food and options before walking into this shop. 10/10 recommend and would go again.

The day after Christmas, I decided it was urgent that my dog‘s toenails be cut so I wasn’t terribly surprised when my vet said they couldn’t do it and another groomer I called never answered the phone. Over the holiday I stopped into Dog Krazy Inc.to pick up some treats for my dogs for Christmas and I overheard them mention that they provide grooming services. I called. They said come on in first come first serve. Walked in didn’t wait five minutes. 15 minutes later walking out the door. Wonderful customer!!
