What kind of products do you sell?

We sell a large variety of natural food, natural chews, treats and toys for dogs and cats. We also sell supplements, grooming care items, apparel, and other pet-related items for dogs and cats.

Are pets welcome in the store?

Yes! All pets regardless of their size are welcome! Please make sure your pet is always on a leash as some pets do not like to be approached too quickly and if you are bringing a new puppy to visit, please make sure you carry them into the store.

If your pet is exhibiting any cold-like symptoms, or has an active case of fleas: Please see your vet before bringing your pet into any public areas where other pets visit.

Do you donate to local shelters?

Yes.  We donate to our local shelters weekly. We supply food, treats, litter, and other supplies to as many of our local shelters as possible.

How do I request a donation for an event my charity is hosting?

We get dozens of requests a week from numerous local charities. While we would love to help everyone, we limit our donations to our local animal-related charities. If you have a donation request, please visit one of our locations and ask for a donation request form.

What are your prices for grooming?

We cannot give you a price for your pet’s groom without seeing your pet. Price depends on the breed, coat type, size of dog, type of groom, and if there is matting on your pet. Please stop by any Dog Krazy location and our groomers would be happy to meet your pet and let you know an approximate cost on grooming.

What is stress-free grooming?

Grooming is huge part of keeping your pets happy and healthy. We understand that your pet may be new to grooming, may be nervous about being away from their people or may need breaks while getting groomed. To help promote a relaxing and stress-free environment, we schedule by appointment only. Each groomer sees one pet at a time and we take the time to make sure your pet is happy, healthy and leaves looking and feeling their best.

How do I make an appointment for grooming?

Please call our stores at 866-DOG-KRZY to make an appointment. We cannot make appointments by email or text as we need to make sure we schedule the right amount of time for your pet.

What food should I feed my pet?

The best food for your pet depends on their specific health needs. Our crew is educated in understanding the nutritional value of each of the pet foods we carry so that they can assist our customers in their pet food selection.

To get the best food for your pet, let an associate know their:

  • Breed
  • Age
  • Health concerns
  • What you are currently feeding
  • Special dietary needs or allergies
  • The price point you are looking to stay within
  • From that, we can assist you in selecting a food and make more specific suggestions about feeding guidelines.

I am switching pet food, how do I transition my pet's food without upsetting their stomach?

Switching your pet’s food abruptly can cause gastrointestinal upset such as vomiting, diarrhea, and a decreased appetite. Any time you decide to change your pet’s food, you should transition to the new diet gradually in order to give your pet’s system time to adjust to the change. Ideally, these transitions should happen over 5-7 days. During this transition, you will gradually incorporate more and more of the new food by mixing it with your pet’s current diet. For most pets, a good diet transition will look like this:

  • Day 1: 25% new diet and 75% old diet.
  • Day 3: 50% new diet and 50% old diet.
  • Day 5: 75% new diet and 25% old diet.
  • Day 7: 100% new diet.

Some pets with sensitive stomachs, food allergies, or other gastrointestinal diseases may need an even longer transition period.

My pet won't eat the food I purchased from you, can I return it?

Yes, we guarantee all of the food that we carry. Please make sure it is in the original bag with the UPC and the expiration date visible (50% or more remaining) and bring your bag back to any of our locations. If you are a loyalty member, we can look up your purchase in your account. If you don’t have an account with us, please make sure to bring your receipt with you so we can find your transaction.

How do I make a return?

To make a return, simply bring the item(s) back to one of our stores and we’ll work with you to make it right! Dog beds and chewed up items such as stuffed toys cannot be returned. If your dog is a super chewer, please ask our associates to help you find a toy that is guaranteed by the manufacturer.

Do you sell puppies?

No. We love dogs so much and we would never support any puppy mill. We recommend visiting your local shelter or rescue when looking for your next furry family member. There are also breed-specific rescues if you are looking for a certain breed of pet. If purchasing from a breeder, please make sure you do your research and meet the parents of your new puppy. A good breeder will be open to any and all questions about the background of your potential new family member.

Do you deliver?

Yes! We have an online store and deliver seven days a week! Please visit to place your order. Please allow 3-4 days for delivery after placing your order. If you choose in-store pickup, please note that your order may not be available for pickup immediately. Our online store pulls from seven different locations and we may have to pull your items from multiple stores to fulfill your order. If you need an item immediately, please call your local store and check for availability.

Do you offer autoship?

Yes! Please place an order at and choose your frequency. Your products will be at your front door as often as you choose!
