All orders are processed within 3 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We ship via ground shipping to the following states:
NY, NJ, PA, DE, MD, WV, VA, NC, SC, GA & FL
Free Ground Shipping is available for orders over $99.
Free local delivery is available for orders over $49 within 20 miles of any store.
$7.50 Delivery fee for orders under $49.
Deliveries are made from [8 AM- 5PM] Monday - Friday. We will contact you via text message or email with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. All frozen deliveries must be accepted in person. We will reach out the day before to arrange delivery for frozen items.
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at any of our 7 locations. After placing your order and selecting in-store pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours at our 6 retail locations are 9am-7pm Monday through Saturday, & 10am-6pm on Sundays. In-store Pickup Hours at the warehouse are Monday - Friday 8am-6pm. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come. Also please be prepared to show VALID ID. Identification must match the name on the payment method.
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
There are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. We do not ship frozen food. If you place an order on a Friday or Saturday, then shipping might be delayed to Monday depending on what is ordered. We do not want your product to sit in a hot truck and spoil (especially during the summer months).
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
