Super duper friendly and helpful staff. They even called their manager to help me with a particular product I was looking for. Also looking forward to bringing my pups back for grooming.

These folks at the Stony Point location are the best. They know their products well and always make great recommendations. Their products are of high quality and are loved by our dogs, especially because they help them sample things of different flavors and textures every time we come in. Our little pup always gets so excited when he realizes that’s our next stop, a testament to how the experience is for everyone. It feels good to also support a brick and mortar shop that puts the effort in to providing value when shopping in person. They’re friendly, knowledgeable, and make it well worth the effort of going to the shop over the “convenience” of buying online. In return, I’ll go out of my way to make sure they stick around in this neighborhood.

This place is fantastic! I brought my dog in to get groomed and they were extremely helpful and accommodating to my dog’s needs. They also have a great selection of products without it being too overwhelming.
