Staff were so friendly and helpful and the self-wash dog bath station is super easy and way more fun than trying to wash my big sensitive scared-of-the cold dog outside with the hose in the winter. He was so nervous and the staff (Lauren) stayed and helped me coax him into the tub with treats until we were all set.

The staff is always super helpful with what I’m looking for. They always have great recommendations that have worked for my dogs, whether that’s treats, chews, help with stress from fireworks. They really care about pets and it shows 💜 my dogs have loved everything they’ve gotten from here.
