Pet Food and Supply Store in Henrico, VA

Javona and everyone who greeted me at the front were SO SO welcoming. I was really nervous because it was the first time i’ve been somewhere different. I have a sassy puppy but she handled him so well. I can’t express enough how much more at ease they and especially Javona made me feel. 10/10 recommend and if I could give more stars I would :)))

Any large breed owner knows how expensive it can be to get their dog groomed, and how nerve wracking the experience is of wondering if your dog will be in good hands. I took my 85lb Great Pyrenees in for a full groom, bath, trim, the works- and couldn't have been more thrilled with how he walked out! Oliver was my groomer and he took excellent care of my baby boy, including giving me a report of how my dog did, which I greatly appreciated as my previous groomer at a different service did NOT. The service was incredible, I spent less than I expected (including tip) and the staff is downright amazing. They even gave him a little photo shoot after his spa day (Picture attached)! The array of treats, food, toppers, toys, etc is fantastic as well and I was happy to find some freeze dried goodies while I was there. Overall, I cannot wait to come back!

We were very worried because we have had bad experiences with groomers lately.Drove all the way from Roanoke to Richmond and the trip was worth.The groomer (Javona)was very friendly and patient and knew what she we wanted and what she was doing.The store itself was a great place for fur babies.

This is the best spot for high quality pet food and pet supplies.

So helpful and knowledgeable and really nice folks here.
