Savannah is awesome! She is timely with her appointment schedule, professional, and I have been extremely happy with her work! I drive approximately 35/40 mins for every appointment but it is well worth my time knowing Jazz aka Jazzy girl is in good hands! This is Jazz after her appointment on 6/30/25 (after a few hours lol)

The store is wonderful and clean but this review is specifically about the store manager, Emily. I swear she is an angel — our family dog is allergic to practically everything. When my mother showed Emily the allergy test, Emily went to work immediately trying to find the best food that would have the least amount of harmful ingredients. She was so helpful and gave us her contact information to keep her updated and also for her to research more safe products for our dog Xena. If you have a pet with severe allergies, please bring them to this location!
