We shifted to Lexa for grooming our dogs when our normal groomer at the Carytown location was out ill. My wife was amazed at the detail Lexa paid to both our Aussies--we are shifting to her permanently, even though the other location is only 2 blocks from our house. The hygenic cut was beautiful, paw hair trimmed neatly, even their ears were taken care of...just really perfect on all counts. Outstanding work!!! We could not be happier.

I brought our new foster in for a nail trim and some fun toys and had such an incredible experience with Lexa. Lexa was incredibly patient and caring with Buttercup, making her at ease. Evan was really knowledgeable and helped us pick out some good products. We will be back, it was such a nice experience.

I’ve always used the hard plastic slow feeders for my ravenous pup since the day we got him. I’ve tried silicone slow feeders in the past but they never slowed him down like his hard plastic one. Came in today and the lovely worker Patty, recommended trying the green Palz&Co Paw Puzzle feeder. I took it home hoping this would be the holy grail to silicone slow feeders and I could give his hard plastic one a rest. Well low and behold!! He takes longer to eat on this puzzle feeder!!! Thank you Patty for always helping me when I come in and always having great feedback and recommendations <3 I am a satisfied customer :)
