We adopted our dog, Rosé, a few months ago, and while we weren’t totally clueless, we definitely had a lot to learn as first-time dog parents. Thankfully, the amazing team at Dog Krazy made the whole process feel a lot less overwhelming. Any time I walk in unsure of what to get—faced with a wall of treats, toys, and fancy kibble—someone on staff always steps in with helpful, honest advice. They never push a sale, just genuinely want to help us find what’s best for Rosé. And she would like to personally thank you all for the excellent snack recommendations. We also love the self-service dog wash—it’s a total lifesaver and makes bath time quick and easy. What we appreciate most is how patient and kind everyone is, even when Rosé is feeling extra wiggly or distracted. She’s generally well-behaved, but the way the staff meets her with warmth and understanding every single time says a lot about the kind of place this is. Rosé absolutely LOVES coming here—especially when she gets to see Patty—and we’re so grateful to have found such a wonderful local spot. Thank you all for being the best!

I always love walking into Dog Krazy, the staff is always kind and fun to hang around. We come in multiple times a month and bathe our dog here and have never had a bad experience. Shoutout to Jess and Evan for great service this morning! My wife and I left with smiles on our faces and everything we needed.
