The staff at the Cosner’s Corner Dog Krazy has blown me away with their customer service, attentiveness to my questions, and desire to help me be the best pet-owner. I brought my 4 month old puppy in to get his nails trimmed- who has been very fearful of the process- and Emma got it done without a problem. She eased my nerves about the process, and was able to trim and round all of his nails in less than five minutes. Nick and Emma both offered me lots of tips and training advice. They took time out of their day to make sure I had all my questions answered, and helped me select a variety of stimulating toys. Olivia assisted me with finding the appropriate treats, and additions to make my chew toys less of a choking hazard. Emily answered all of my questions about food, and helped me make a better choice about the dog food I purchase in the future. I was impressed about the way the entire staff was on the same page, all four of them seamlessly supported advice of the other without being in the conversation directly. As other customers came into the store, one would leave our conversation to assist- and come back to the group with ease. This team made it clear to me that they love animals, and want to support you loving your animal. I have never left a store feeling like I just made four friends, but today was the day. Cheers, Dog Krazy! We’ll celebrate with an in-house baked margarita shaped cookie!
