I was able to walk in and get my dog manicured with positive and friendly staff.

The young man Butter that helped me with trying to find a harness for my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel was excellent. He was very kind, patient. He tried on my dog almost all the harnesses they had until he found one that works. I will definitely recommend Dog Krazy.

We have been bringing in our poodle since the day we picked him up. The first time we went in was just after picking him up from the transport company and noticed that he really needed a bath. While we were there, Ryan took the time to answer all of our questions regarding puppy foods and grooming products for our new member of the family. This was a wonderful first experience. Since then, we have consistently come back with all questions for Ba'al. Whether it be for ways to help calm him when his anxiety gets high, healthy treats to give him, how we should be grooming him during summer vs fall and winter or pretty much anything else we come across. Kaitlyn and her staff have always strived to provide the best advice they can or if they don't know the answer, refer us to someone who may. Ba'al gets so excited when we come to Dog Krazy. He runs up to the staff members and his little tail wags so hard that he can barely stand. I also think I disappoint the staff when I don't have them with me. One of the best parts of my experience with this team is that they listen to my concerns and thoughts when it comes to Ba'al. Nobody has ever forced their opinion on me or questioned why I made a certain choice. This has been from food to how I want him groomed. The groomers have all asked me how short I want his hair or if I just want to trim around his tail, eyes and paws. They have even shown me easier ways to brush areas to keep his fur from matting. I'm really happy we found this Dog Krazy location. I know experiences can change from location to location, as each has a different staff, but we have always had such a positive experience here. We will continue to bring our dog here for as long as we are in the area.

I love dog Krazy Chris & Ella were awesome Chris made sure my pet rabies information was finally updated & he was very patient and Ella was great with my 2 fur babies Quapo & Barkley cutting their nails . I like how she did it nice and low, thanks guys for a great experience. Btw it got pretty busy and things still went smooth. My babies are feeling better with their nails cut thank you Ella & Chris. Everyone there was great that worked Saturday afternoon even the young lady who helped my Mother with her cat with the mushroom powder for a balanced gut & better digestion health. Keep up the great work it’s hard finding good help these days GO DOG KRAZY!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
