We love bringing our Great Dane Pepper here for baths and treats! The staff is always super knowledgeable and friendly. We were super excited when this location opened after traveling to either Short Pump or Bon Air (same great experience at every location) but this being 5 minutes from our home was amazing. The self dog wash is always kept clean and large enough for even the biggest dog (trust me). We love coming here and so does my dog. I would highly recommend!

Our dog Oso was in desperate need for a bath, It was our first time in that location and what a great experience. The employees were nice and attentive, the bath area was clean and had everything we needed. I’ll be back.
